Introducing Our New Craft Cocktail Menu

Sevilla presents an inventive approach to Spanish Classics. Drink program was created by Mixologist Cervantes Magaña.

Sevilla’s brand new drink program was crafted by Cervantes Magaña, owner of Medicine Show, a beverage and bar consulting company started in San Diego. Magaña has consulted on craft cocktail menus for restaurants like Cloak & Petal, The Palace Bar, Caché in Hillcrest, Bar by Red Door, Horton Grand Hotel, Kava Lounge & other premier craft cocktail destinations. The menu includes re-invented favorites from the old “Bullring” cocktail menu along with a dozen new creations that reflect San Diego’s ever-growing craft cocktail scene.

Oaxacan Flower - Try the refreshing “Oaxacan Flower”, made with Rayu Mezcal, Aperol, St.Germain and rose flower water. 

Spanish Old Fashioned - Another stand-out from the menu is the re-imagined “Spanish Old Fashion,” a perfectly complex mix of Spanish brandy, Templeton Rye, Tempranillo Syrup and garnished with an orange peel swath and burnt cinnamon stick.

Gin-Gin Mule - Enjoy the very approachable “Gin-Gin Mule,” a light and airy elixir of absinthe, Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin, ginger syrup and rosemary.
